Appalachian Feline Foster Network

Sam was found outside and the finders brought him inside. He had significant swelling in his feet. They took him to the vet and found out he had “Pillow Foot” and a heart murmur. They could not take on the expense required for his care. We treated his feet and worked with another rescue where he was adopted!

Tom was an outside cat and workers in the area noticed he had a significant wound. They were able to catch him and bring him into our care. We treated the wound, then found out he was FIV positive. We worked with another organization that specializes in FIV and he was adopted into his forever home!

Iris came to us from a very bad situation. She had a damaged eye and another that had ruptured. She received treatment for her eyes in addition to being spayed. During her healing process she stayed with a medical foster. Once she was fully healed she was adopted and now lives in her forever home with her new Great Dane brother!
